Our approach

We keep cookies to a minimum. Before you make a choice we set only strictly-necessary storage. Nothing used for analytics or advertising loads until you allow it in the consent banner, which we implement with Microsoft Consent Mode v2 (advertising signals default to denied).

Strictly-necessary (always on)

Consent record — mw-consent-v1, stored in your browser’s local storage, remembers your cookie choice. No consent required (ePrivacy exemption).
Form security — a short-lived session/CSRF token protects the pitch and enquiry forms from cross-site request forgery.

Optional — analytics & advertising

Microsoft UET — set only if you choose “Accept all” or enable it in preferences. Used to measure the performance of our marketing. Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not consent, the tag is not loaded and these cookies are not set.

We do not use a third-party CDN, third-party web analytics beyond the optional Microsoft tag, social-media tracking pixels, or an embedded chat widget.
