1. Who these terms are with

This website at madsworsoe.com is operated by MadsWorsøe (Enkeltmandsvirksomhed (sole proprietorship)), Beritvej 13, 9280 Storvorde, Denmark, CVR 43489550, EU VAT DK43489550 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What this website is

This is an informational, business-to-business website describing our video game publishing and related services for independent studios. It is not a storefront: you cannot buy anything here, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. What we do not do

To be unambiguous about our scope, we do not, through this website or our services:

• sell or license games to consumers, or operate a game marketplace;
• sell, resell or broker third-party game keys, accounts or licences;
• offer real-money gambling, betting, casino or games of chance of any kind;
• distribute software we are not authorised to distribute, or facilitate piracy or circumvention;
• provide financial, investment, legal, medical or tax advice, or solicit funds from the public; or
• offer adult content or any service directed at children.

4. Intellectual property

The MADSWORSØE name, this site’s design and its text are ours or used with permission. Where we publish a studio’s game, the studio retains ownership of its game and IP and grants us a licence on terms set out in our agreement with them. Nothing on this site transfers any rights to you.

5. Pitches and submissions

If you send us a pitch, build or materials, you confirm you have the right to share them and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights or any confidentiality obligation. We assess submissions in good faith but are under no obligation to enter into any agreement. We handle the personal data in a submission as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. No guarantees

Any figures shown in the on-site revenue simulator are illustrative and are not a forecast, an offer, or a promise of any outcome or return. The site is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish or EU law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
